When you subscribe to the Sensory Box Journey, you’ll receive regular deliveries of age-appropriate sensory boxes based on the age range you select when starting your subscription. The maximum number of boxes you will receive is eight, and the frequency of deliveries depends on your starting age box.
You can choose to begin your subscription with the 0-3 month box, receiving a box every three months, or start with the 3-6 month box, which delivers seven boxes in total, or with the 6-9 month box, receiving six boxes in total. When you sign up, you’ll have the option to pay for each box as it ships, or pay upfront for the entire subscription. Payment details are securely stored, and you will be billed prior to shipping.
Your first Sensory Box will be shipped within 14 days of processing your order, but we strive to send it out within the first 7 days. Subsequent boxes will be dispatched 2-4 working days after each payment is processed, every three months.

All eight boxes are also available for individual purchase. If you prefer a one-time purchase, simply select the "one-time purchase" option when checking out. Note that one-time purchases will only deliver one box at a time. See our Terms of Service for more details on one-time purchases.
Each box is carefully curated based on the selected age range, but we cannot guarantee the exact toys or resources shown in the images on our site. Product availability may affect the contents, and we continually research new and exciting sensory toys, so variations may occur.
Every box will include a Parent Information Guide, accessible via the QR code on the Thank You Card, which provides insights into your baby’s development at this stage and ways to use the included resources to stimulate sensory growth.
All products are thoroughly checked before dispatch, but should you need to return a box or item, we accept returns for a full refund as outlined in our Refund Policy.
You can manage your subscription and account details at any time. If you forget your login details or encounter any issues, please email us. Be sure to keep your delivery address and payment information up to date to ensure smooth transactions. Any extra shipping costs due to incorrect information will be your responsibility. If an order is canceled because of incorrect details or a change of mind, you may be charged for the full order unless the items are returned to Simply Sensory.
The prices for the Sensory Box Journey Subscription may change at any time. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service without prior notice. Simply Sensory is not liable for any changes in pricing, service suspensions, or discontinuations.
When you sign up for the Sensory Box Journey Subscription, you authorise Simply Sensory to automatically charge your payment method every three months. If a payment is declined, we will attempt to charge your card again. You will be contacted via email regarding the issue. If we do not hear back within 14 days, the subscription will be canceled. You will not receive a box until payment is successfully processed. We use an app to manage our subscription system, and we do not store or access your credit/debit card information.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To ensure we receive your cancellation request, we recommend a 7-day notice period. We will send you a confirmation email once the cancellation is processed. If you do not receive a confirmation, please email us again. Alternatively, you can manage your cancellation directly in your account. Please note that if a payment has already been made, you will need to return the box with all resources in unused condition, including labels and original packaging, within 30 days to qualify for a refund. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more details.
Prepaid subscriptions cannot be canceled after 14 days.
All products in the Sensory Box Journey Subscription are age-appropriate for the box selected.
Always inspect products before each play session and dispose of any damaged or worn items. We recommend supervising your baby at all times during sensory play and never leaving them unattended with the products. All items in our subscription boxes meet UK safety standards. Simply Sensory is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur while using the products.
