You have the right to cancel your order under The Consumer Contract Regulations within 14 days from the date of purchase. Our return policy allows for returns up to 30 days after receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as when received, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return and process your refund, please contact us at info@simplysensory.uk. Once we’ve discussed your return, you will need to cover the cost of returning the item. We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure we receive the goods and that you have proof of return. After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If your return is accepted, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please note, original shipping costs are non-refundable. When returning items, please include your name and order number in the package for quick processing.
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it for any damage or defects. If you find a fault, contact us immediately via email at info@simplysensory.uk with a photo of the damaged item. This will help us assess the issue and determine the best course of action. In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged product. We will then guide you on the next steps.
If you have kept the product for more than 30 days, or if the item is missing parts or packaging that was not our error, only a partial refund may be issued.

Please allow a few days for the refund to appear in your bank account, as processing times may vary.
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, we will arrange an exchange.
To initiate this process, please email info@simplysensory.uk with a photograph of the issue. Depending on stock availability, we may ask you to return the item before we proceed. If an exchange is not possible, we will contact you to discuss alternative solutions.
If you have had the product for over 30 days or the item is missing parts or packaging, and the issue is not due to our error, only a partial refund may be provided.
