Our standard delivery service typically takes 2-4 working days.
For orders to Northern Ireland and certain areas of Scotland, delivery may take 5-7 working days.
Our express delivery service offers faster shipping within 1-3 working days, though please note this may take longer for orders to Northern Ireland and parts of Scotland.
Please note, our services are currently only available for deliveries within the United Kingdom.
We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to return items within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
To initiate a return, please email us at info@simplysensory.uk. We’ll guide you through the return process. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item. We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure the safe return of the product. If you have any questions or need assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out to us. If an order is returned to us due to delivery issues, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipping.

Customers can track their orders and, if necessary, arrange redelivery or pick-up from the post office via the courier.
If you choose to cancel an order after it has been returned to us, you will be refunded for the cost of the items, excluding any shipping fees.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. If an order needs to be resent or redirected due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for covering the additional shipping costs.
If the parcel is delivered to the wrong address, we will assist in contacting the house that received the package. If necessary, we will arrange a payment for reshipping. If you decide to cancel the order due to incorrect address details, you will still be responsible for the shipping charges.
We can offer a refund only if the goods are returned to us in the same condition as when they were sent out. If the parcel is lost due to incorrect address details, no refund will be issued. If you notice any address errors, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch. The Sensory Box Subscription package subscribers can update their address details directly in their account.
Once your order is in the hands of the courier, the risk of loss is transferred to them. If your package is missing, please contact both the courier and us at info@simplysensory.uk. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue, and if necessary, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund once the matter is settled. This process can take up to a few weeks. If the original box arrives after a replacement has been shipped, please notify us so we can arrange for its return.
